The macros are confusing me and I'm worried I've eaten too much fat. (it was lovely) Have put into an app and stats are

Today I've eaten
Mushroom and spinach fried in butter with 2 fried eggs which had a small slice of cheese melted on them.
3/4 tin of sardines in Tom sauce wrapped in lettuce leaves
Whole Mackerel baked with oil garlic and lemon. Served with Greek salad (cucumber, tomato, red onion, Feta, vinegar and oil) plus 1 chopped courgette fried in butter.
4 coffees with a small splodge of cream.
Would welcome any opinions please as it's my first time and I don't want to accidentally get fatter!
