Vegetarian low carb snacks

I've seen the vegetarian recipe thread but I'm looking for snacks that don't need prep or cooking, or this is going to be my downfall! I need things I can grab from the cupboard or fridge when I'm peckish but don't want a full meal.

Any ideas?

I am joining in if that's ok?
My daughter makes crisps from cheese slices baked on silicon sheets, she sprinkles them with paprika and cuts into smaller pieces

I've been doing vegetarian keto.
Low carb snacks have included:
*Celerary sticks with cream cheese/ almond butter
*Baby bells
*olives
*nuts (watch out for cashews though as quite high inCarb)

  • 'above ground' veggies *fat bombs
  • keto coffee
  • full fat Greek yoghurt It is easier if you cut back on snacking to be honest though as your carbs will quickly mount up.

Quorn roasted sliced fillets are only 1.9g/100.

If you're properly fat-adapted, i.e. your body is burning fat rather than carbs, you should be hungry between meals, so you won't need to snack.

If you are finding that you're hungry between meals then it's a sign that a) you're not eating enough at meal times or b) you're not eating enough fat.

Snacking is more of a habit!
