Hi iv been doing slimming world for couple of months and iv stuck to it and hardly lost any weight at all , it's not satisfying for me either , il not bothered about carbs at all and I just never feel full , I love fattty meats and cheese and butter and from what I can figure keto would be brilliant for me , but iv just not got a clue what you do or how much you can eat ect , any help would be amazing
