Morning all.

Here's the Spreadsheet

The link should open on the rules rather than just the spreadsheet because I rather think some of you need a reminder!

@Dia12 - you asked about water. Do you not know how much you should be drinking? If you don't know, then that tells me that you haven't read (or remembered) the rules!

Seriously - drinking the water is really important. That's why it's one of the rules.

So we're in week 4 - remember, this one has a reputation (along with its evil twin week 3) for being a week where weight loss is limited or even unlikely. Don't despair if you don't see any loss this week. As long as you're following the rules, you will be fine.

And remember - it's not all about the scales! Take your measurements, or try on something that was too tight a month ago, and you'll get a much more realistic idea about your progress.

I'm away for the next three days, visiting my best friend, so don't really know a) what's going to happen on the food front and b) how often I'll be able to post. I should have wifi on the train, but after that - who knows! I'm travelling first class though, so looking forward to my fried breakfast this morning.

I hope you all have a very good week.

@siameasy re: carb loading and exercise... I read something recently about keto diet and extreme athletes, it said that carb-loading is really inefficient because the human body stores very little glycogen, but that even the leanest of athletes has enough fat to run for 100 miles, or more. I think they recommended 'bullet proof' coffee made with coffee, butter, coconut oil, and cream.

B: water
L: butter fried cabbage (red and green), peppers and green onions with halloumi and bacon pieces
S: 2 babybels and brazil nuts (far too many, they are very moreish so I won't buy them again any time soon)
D: tuna mayo salad, but not very much as I wasn't v. hungry

Am I looking forward to tomorrow's weigh-in...? I don't think I've lost much, but my belly looks smaller.

Thanks venusandmars I am looking forward to reading more about low carbing and sport. I used to follow MDA but I could never stomach the idea of bullet proof coffee. I must be one of the only people who HATES extra virgin coconut oil (altho I use the tasteless one). I had a bad reaction to coconut flour twice in the past too😩

Well done for refusing the cake! It does sound sickly tho. Altho I do miss Lindt choc

I’m also trying to cut down on the amount of sugar my DD has (4)
We got some frozen strawberries and once defrosted they tasted AMAZING blended with FF Greek yoghurt
No need to add anything
She loved it
I think yoghurt is better than cream - I adore cream but I think it’s addictive. I love it too much.
