Does one exist? If so what recommendations are there? I can’t make my own as I often work through lunch and on the go.

Maybe one doesn’t exist?

Thanks!

There’s an Atkins ready made one, the chocolate flavour isn’t bad. You can buy packs of 6 on amazon. That was the best fit I found for LCHF when I looked into it. I have had the odd one for breakfast on the go.
But to be honest if I’m doing it properly I find I’m not hungry in the morning, have a coconut oil coffee mid morning at work and then can hang on for a late lunch,

There might be some specialist Keto mixes available on amazon but I was looking specifically for ready made ones I could just grab from the fridge.

@Feelingfortyisntfun I know this is an old thread, and you may have found one now (!), but just in case you're still looking - or anyone else is - you could try the ones that the Fast 800 make?

They're designed for the Fast 800 diet which means that they're low calorie, but they're low in carbs too, as well as high in protein and fat.

Biwi thank you for sweetly posting . I did actually purchase the fast800 chocolate but didn’t like it however, I don’t what I was expecting and think I need to retry by adding full fat milk or make it more as a pudding texture (what I think of as a pudding texture). I only tried it once so will try again.

Thank you everyone for posting. I don’t think lighterlife are low carb are they. I used to see the Atkins ones about but not any more. I’m def going to try the fast800 ones again.

I'm doing the New You Plan, started last month and it's working really well. Lots of shakes / bars / meals.

@Feelingfortyisntfun I bought the chocolate one first, and wasn't very keen either - I did find that it was more palatable if I used almond milk (unsweetened) and/or added 50g raspberries or blueberries, blended in.

But - they've reformulated them now, and the taste is much better. I expect I've got used to them as well, but now I can take it made just with water. (I also blend it with ice, and find it works even better if it's really cold). Haven't tried the vanilla one yet.

I was wondering if almond milk might help and had also thought of adding berries, it was that grainy texture that didn’t work for me and a bit stevia tasting. I will try again though. When did they update reformulate the product? I currently have one of the old bags still sitting there (I presume it’s the old one I brought it just before they started advertising - I was that keen!). Thanks again biwi!

I'm not sure when they reformulated, but there was a definite difference between the first batch I bought and the second.

The texture does take a bit of getting used to, but I found if I used a stick blender to make it, it did improve it a bit. Otherwise I just keep telling myself that it's good fibre!

I bought a low carb shake mix from sainsburys recently, brand was missfits.
