Am I doing this right?

I threw out my scales ages ago. Reckon I'm around 10-11stone.

This is day 4. I thought I was going to die yesterday, today I feel great.

Breakfast : Omelette with cheese and buttered mushrooms.

Black coffee. 1ltr of water.

Lunch: Mackrell in oliver oil, lettuce, half an avocado, spring onions, and lashings of full fall oliver oil based salad dressing.

There will be more black coffees (2) and loads more water.

Dinner is chilli made with beef, toms, kidney beans and onions.

Not needing snacks at the moment.

I feel great today but found myself a bit confused reading loads of different sites so thought I'd ask you to scan an eye over what's my new typical day. Thanks.

Welcome to Lowcarb BootCamp PlowerofScotland Smile

Come and join us on the current BootCamp thread - we are currently on Week 8 but there are others on there who have only recently started. There is loads of support, plus motivational stories and pictures Grin

Most of your menu looks ok except for the kidney beans (too carby) and you should use shallots rather than onions. Maybe add some more green veg (buttery of course Wink).

The Spreadsheet of Fabulousness (in the original post of the current thread) has a tab with the Rules which includes how much water you should have according to your weight.
