Anyone had this, did it get better? Took me 6 days to get into ketsis, don't want to have to come out now but my skins so unsightly...

Everything I read on google is saying up the carbs

Yes, I had it badly, and to be honest, even a year in, it will still reappear if I let my carbs get extremely low. I don't count carbs on a daily basis, but if I get the rash, I know that I will have let my carbs dip below about 30, which seems to be my point of tolerance. But I've lost 5 stone this last year, so I must be doing something right! I find I don't need to have a plate of pasta though, to keep my carbs high enough, just more generous portions of veg, eaten at every meal, is enough to do the trick. I also find using lots of moisturiser, taking a couple of cool showers a day, and having an antihistamine all helped with the accompanying itch.
