Just started low carb (not boot camp but as low as I can) Really feeling so much better already! I ended up having a sliver of homemade chocolate cake yesterday after resisting for aaaages and almost instantly felt bloated and crap.
So I'm looking for your top tips please to maintain this as a permanent change. I keep seeking the figure for g per 100g but what is the range please? So the ideal but also the maximum. I know it's lots of water but is tea ok and does it count?
So far today
B- avocado and poached egg
L- fried mushrooms with Parmesan, salad with Caesar dressing
