I’ve been reading all the MN low carb boot camp stuff this week - so inspirational. I usually eat low carb but forgot quite a few essential facts (including DON’T eat carbs 
). Have gained quite a lot after lots of comfort eating after a miscarriage so will join one of the boards it’s that’s okay.
Anyway, I have these in my store cupboard - can I eat them? Somewhere in my head I remember something about carbs and fibre and net carbs and total carbs?
