Maud has it all down.

I would usually pick up a few things in addition to make things easier.

I would go for an oil based salad dressing and hard strong CHEESE!! it depends how strict you need to be however as maud looks to be doing very low (under 20g)? i usually aim for 30-50g so have more leeway with cheese and veg.

My go to quick snacks were egg mayonaise and prawn cocktail ready made (usually i make everything from scratch) these are great if you need something quick or want to make up a lunch box or something. these both go well with some green salad. I would also use nuts as an alternative to cereal so have those with berries and yoghurt for example. Also mushroom are great (goes off to fry mushrooms)

I am one of those that can get bad constipation on low carb so i would also get some phylum husks to make wraps or add to food.

HA! Yes, baby , I'm shredding at the moment after falling off the wagon in recent weeks. I'd normally have cheese too (full fat mozzarela and / or Black Bomber) and I also use some Atkins products and protein shakes too to deal with workouts or being away from home.

I find Almond Milk great too (the unsweetened version) as I love a cup of tea. I'll have full cream in coffee though.

I tend to avoid dried fruit and nuts though as it's easy to whoff down a day's calories in an idle moment (I love them though, especially almonds and brazils) ... yes I know almonds are technically a seed...

I haven't heard of phylum husks so I'm going to investigate.
