Breakfast. Mashed avocado with Philadelphia cheese

Lunch. Mushroom and 2 egg omelette

Tea. I fried onions and garlic in olive oil , added a lot of spinach until it wilted added goats cheese and walnuts and baked for 20 minutes.

2x cups of coffee ( normally I have around 10 a day)

Am I on the right tracks. ( 4 stone weight loss needed!)

It doesn't sound like enough food. As well as low carb, that will be very low calorie and you'll struggle in the long term, unless you plan to start very strict and then increase. Add more veg through the day and another egg.

Well, that would be too low carb for me!

How did you feel, were you able to sleep? (I'd have gnawing hunger pangs)

Looks good to me but come on over to the boot camp thread and post in there. Great advice over there.

Thanks for the replies.
I had an extremely lazy day yesterday and hardly moved so I wasn't hungry.
I feel fine this morning but I'll do some menu plans with more veg in..
I'm at work today and will be going spinning as well as hiking so will need more food .
I'll loook at Bootcamo, thanks.

We’re you hungry?
If not, that sounds like a great start. I think there’s enough food there and actually onions are high carb veg so you could have gone lower!
Fat keeps you full not carbs
Diet doctor is a great resource for high fat, v low carb ideas as are the amazing boot camp rules / recipes threads (which I only lurk on)
