I’m 11 weeks pregnant and I’ll I’ve been able to stomach lately is anything in the form of beige carbs! However I’m feeling much better now & really want to avoid putting on too much weight with this pregnsncy. Is bootcamp lite safe to do ?

I don't think there will have been enough research done to tell you this for sure. There are important nutrients you get in whole grains though such as Magnesium and B vitamins.

What you can absolutely do is keep within NHS guidelines of less than 30g added sugar. Also you can eat whole grains which have a lower glycemic index.

Thanks magpie. Might try sticking to brown carbs only and AWAY from
The biscuits / crisps / cakes ! My diet has truly been awful and I don’t think it’s helping !

Bootcamp Light should be OK - but make sure you get your carbs from vegetables, some fruit and nuts/seeds.

@StuntNun should be able to reassure you more on this!
