Weight gain

I started low carb on Monday and went for a run last night. Weighed myself this morning and seem to have gained 4llbs! What's going on !!?

Come to the Boot Camp thread and outline what you've been eating. Someone will critique it for you. But daily variations are normal, whatever the diet.

Have you been having enough water?

Well, firstly, if you started on Monday you're only on day 4! Weight fluctuates daily quite naturally.

But as @prettybird says, come over to the Bootcamp thread and outline for us what you've been eating and drinking since Monday and let us see if there is anything amiss there.

Late to the party but muscles retain water for a day or so after a run, while they repair, so it's probably that. I bet it's gone down now hasn't it OP?
