Cheating - but what's your quickest and easiest LCHF meals to get me started?

OK, I know I'm cheating by asking rather than trawling though all the bootcamp and recipe threads (I've lots of excuses, all valid, but please don't make me grovel!) but can you share your easiest LCHF recipes with me to help get me started? There's only so many eggs I can eat..!!
I can't bootcamp yet - tried in Dec but my milk supply dropped too much - but my diet is so carb heavy - and my health is really suffering - so I need to start making changes.
Any easy peasy recipes, or even swaps I can make?

If you aren't doing full bootcamp, I think the easiest things to do is strip out all the obvious carbs initially - so all sugars including fruit (small amounts of berries ok), all grains including bread rice and pasta and all pulses, then start building your meals up from there. So spag bol served on courgette strips or shredded spinach, chilli made without beans and served with extra veg or with cauli 'rice', cottage pie with sautéed cabbage on top rather than potato. You need to ensure you add fat in the shape of butter, olive oil, cheese etc to every meal. Breakfast can be leftovers or an avocado, or full fat Greek yoga with a few berries or nuts.

I also had a gradual toe-dip towards boot camp and started by just avoiding 'obvious' carbs. So i'd make my usual meals but instead of potatoes, pasta, rice etc, i'd just have a range of veg. Some of the veg, such as carrots/peas weren't very LC but I think it helped to make me question why i needed these starchy beige carbs with every meal.

For me, it made the transition into proper LCHF on this bootcamp a lot easier.
