Quick question: LCHF and gall bladder issues?

Is a LCHF diet compatible with a felt-like-i-was-going-to-keel-over gall baldder issue that my gp said I had to avoid fat to keep in control?

I'm not sure if "proper" fat (butter for example) would be.processed differently to "crap fat" (fried food for example)

Any ideas?

I found all fat triggered my pain. However I'm now on really good painkillers which have let me be less strict over Christmas but I can feel the pain starting over again?

I think everyone is different - fat is a trigger for a lot of people but oddly what I always had trouble with was lettuce Hmm. You need to experiment to work out what you can tolerate - I've had mine out now though and honestly would recommend to anyone. A few days discomfort for never ever having to have that appalling pain again is well worth it.

I was going to post the exact question. Alcohol triggers mine so that's easy enough to avoid.
