I took a strepsil because i couldn't bear pain in my throat any longer. I have sore throat and chest. I only started 3 days ago. Is it going to set me back much?

I doubt it. They do sugar free but my chemist only had strawberry flavour :( Halls original are sugar free.

I took a few sugar free ones and it didn't set me back.
