Hi, I find that whatever diet I try, I usually loose about 2lb on the 1st week, then it's 1lb off, stay the same, 1 lb on etc. I'm trying Atkins for the 1st time. I'm on stage 1. 20g carbs a day. The 1st week, I lost 2 lb. The second week I stayed the same despite doing all the same things, and even had a bit more exercise last week. (Walking)
I am not overweight, but I'm on the higher end of healthy, whereas I'd like to be on the lower side. I am small boned, so I can look quite chubby despite a healthy BMI.
Being on Atkins has improved my health and wellbeing hugely! I feel far more energetic and positive. I just don't know why I can't loose weight. I am in ketosis. I have the sticks to test. I do have PCOS, so not sure if that is affecting it. It is meant to be the best diet for PCOS. I'd really appreciate any advice. Thank you. :-)
