Magnesium, potassium and sodium

I feel I get enough sodium in my diet from just seasoning my food, but I take a magnesium supplement everyday, and sometimes a electrolyte drink (a fizzy electrolyte tablet in water) If I am feeling lightheaded or headachey
spinach, avocado, kale and mushrooms are all good sources of potassium

Calcium Zinc and Iron would be great for low carbers. You definitely need these even if you are a low carber.
