I'm getting ready for bootcamp after my holiday and made this - a PDF cheat sheet made from BIWI's spreadsheet and other low carb info. I'm going to stick it up on the fridge.
The items in orange and red are allowed in moderation in Bootcamp light, not at all in Bootcamp.
I've had to rename the PDF to PNG - if you can download it, change it back to PDF and it should be fine.
Grateful for any feedback, mistakes corrected etc.
