I am looking to do this just for my own benefit, to hold myself accountable. I need to lose five stones 🙈🐷

Day one

Low carb breakfast
3 eggs fried in butter
Coffee

Lunch
6 rashers streaky bacon fried in butter with spinach and broccoli

Dinner chicken fried in butter with veggies

Wednesday
Breakfast Greek yoghurt
Snack a cheese string
Lunch spinach cooked in butter with two poached eggs
Snack one slice of ham and one slice of leerdammer cheese
Dinner chicken fried in butter with little gem lettuce spring onions and Parmesan and low carb Caesar dressing

One coffee with milk and 3.6litres of water
Going to buy almond milk for tomorrow

Thursday
Breakfast ...mushrooms fried in butter and 2 poached eggs
Coffee with almond milk
Snack tea with milk
Lunch.... 2 chicken thighs roasted in butter, cauliflower, spring onions and 3 baby corn cooked in a bucket load of butter plus roasting juices added
So far 2.5 litres of water

Dinner half pack smoked salmon with one hard boiled egg and full day mayo
Cup of tea with us almond milk

Metallic taste in mouth so hoping I am in ketosis.
Can't believe all this gorgeous food is allowed. Gutted I have wasted over twenty five years on ww or slimming world

Breakfast 100g pot of Greek yoghurt and a cheese string
Cup of tea with us almond milk
Lunch will be lamb mince and cauliflower rice and cabbage fried in butter possibly with 30g of feta
Dinner will be two hard boiled egg mashed with ff mayo and half pack of smoked salmon

2 hb egg with 2tbsp mayo
Ham
Coffee with milk
Lunch
Tuna with 2tbsp mayo
Little gem lettuce
Dinner will be lamb mince 20% cooked in butter with spices and cabbage and spring onions cooked in butter
Aiming again for 3.5 litres of wAter
Probably tea with us almond milk after dinner

Breakfast... cauliflower rice cooked in butter with spring onion, and egg and some chicken thigh (low carb egg fried rice .... nicer than the real thing)
Big breakfast as off on a 2 hour hill hike in a bit, taking a babybel with me as a just in case snack.
Had 1l of after so far but laying off for a bit as no loos on route 😂😂

Lunch.... 60g feta cheese, cucumber, 1 tomato, 1 spring onion and 1tbsp evo

Have walked 5 miles though so starving now so may have a snack later

Dinner... something BBQ and a salad with Caesar or evo based dressing

So dinner was 2 sausages, salad with olive oil dressing and a portbello mushroom brushed with olive oil. Absolutely gorgeous washed down with sparkling water (go me!)

I've had

Half block of haloumi (with some sweet chilli sauce)

An omelette (chorizo, onion and mushroom)

Ham and four cheese triangles

Still some carbs in there but it was my first day back on the wagon! So easing myself in gently!

Today has been a cheese feast day🐷 🙈🙊 but at least no carbs.
Breakfast-mushrooms fried in butter with 2 poached eggs
Tea with us almond milk
Lunch- two slices of ham and two slices leerdammer, 2 teas with milk (was in soft play)
Snack- 30g Camembert, slice of ham and a cheese string
Dinner cabbage fried in butter with bacon and garlic chicken fried in butter
Think it has been all exercise over last few day that have mad me starving. Will be better tomorrow
