Hi all. Wonder if I can get some advice on meals. Wednesday and Thursday I'm away from home staying in a hotel with no cooking facilities. We are travelling down by car starting the journey at 5am. Can I have some ideas for things I can take for breakfast that I can eat in the car. Lunch is fine as I can take a salad box and cold snacks. Slightly worried about dinner as will be eating out and not really eaten out while on keto before. Anything I can take for the room for snacks etc? Especially things that don't need a fridge! Thanks

Breakfast: hard boiled eggs, an avocado and a twist of salt (eat from shell with spoon), cold sausages, small tub full fat yog, babybels or other snack cheeses
Snacks: small bag macademia nuts, olives in a jar, small bar 90% chocolate, salami crisps, pepperami, pork scratchings (yuck, but some people like them)
