I'm getting married in December and want to lose at least a stone.

I low carb generally but have fallen off the wagon lately and have the additional weight to prove it!

So this is day one, I weigh 10st 8 and anything under 9st 8 would be a massive bonus come December!

Hope this is ok here?

Look forward to hearing how you get on. If you need additional help, join the latest bootcamp thread. Bootcamp is over now, but there are loads of us still chatting and supporting each other, and the first post on the thread has a link to all the bootcamp resources.

Thanks!
Day one was ok ish, other than a French martini and a couple of oatcakes.
Weight this morning 10st 7 and a cracking headache.

Day 3 in the big brother house, weighing in at 10st 5.6

Ate a lot of chicken and salad yesterday! Need to remember to take a salad dressing into work.
Also stank out the office with a boiled egg for breakfast.

Weighed in this morning at 10st 5. Happy with that, been 99% on plan.
Try for 100% this week...

Got 16 weeks until I get married, if I lose a lb a week or maybe 2 that will give me a good loss.

You'll easily lose the stone but beware of the scales, even strictly on plan you may gain or stall. Don't let this get you down and give up. Keep going and it will come off again. I lost 1lb in five weeks but still lost 12lb over 12 weeks including that stall.

Hopefully there's another bootcamp pre Christmas which will be perfect timing for you.

Thanks, I shall bear that in mind!
