Dry eyes anyone?

Hi. My eyes have been dry for the past two weeks or so and I've just connected it with starting LCHF eating. I've just looked it up on the internet and it seems to be a side effect. I haven't found a solution other than increasing the carbs or using eye drops. I have to say the eye drops don't last long. I mean it doesn't take long for the dryness to recur. I've put in drops three times today so far and I'm going to have to do it again now. Today has been particularly bad. I've just returned from the pub. Maybe there was A/C on there which has made them worse than usual. I don't know.

Anyway, I just wondered whether other people here have had this problem and whether there is a solution other than the two above.

Thanks Enid. I had laser surgery too but about 17 years ago!! Where does the time go. I think I'm not drinking enough and probably that doesn't help. I'm not that keen on water. The eye drops help. And i'm trying to drink more.
