Lo-carb snacks and "crunch" food ideas

Hi, I am new to Lo carb diets and want to switch from my current eating plain which includes eating grains and is more high protein and high good fats, to a lo-carb diet plan. Before I do, I want some advice on go-to snacks for a lo-carb plan. Also what do you eat as a snack to get the "crunch" that normally comes from grains. I do eat almonds and walnuts already but want to know some other ideas. And I'm sorry if this is written somewhere else.
Thanks in advance.

Not crunchy but do love a hard boiled egg

Crispy fried bacon.

Cracking pork, chicken or duck skin.

Once you're about 2 weeks into a low carb way of eating, you should find that you're simply not hungry between meals, so you don't need to plan for snacks at all!

Okay, thanks everyone for the tips. I appreciate that, and I'll certainly give the lo-carb way a try. Thx
