Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1/4 avocado and tomatoes
lunch: chicken cooked in coconut oil on salad leaves with 6 olives, cucumber, tomato, 1/4 avocado, small portion of ff cheese covered in dressing.
snack: two eggs with mayo
dinner: minced lamb stew with spices and lots of spinach, served on cauli rice with a dollop of greek yogurt
