Morning all

the Spreadsheet

I hope that the scale are kind to you this morning.

Looks like it's going to be a lovely week, weather-wise - always makes me look at the stuff in my wardrobe and wonder what will fit Grin

... but there are still two weeks to go, so a chance to drop a few more pounds as well.

Good luck for the week ahead Flowers

I baked that bread today, and it's really good. Much better than the Tom Kerridge one - it's still a little cakey, but much less so, and a very passable alternative to bread.

But mine didn't rise as much as the picture - not quite sure why. Never mind, it was lovely. Will try toasting it tomorrow as well. Toast is something I do miss actually - with lashings of Lurpak and Marmite Grin

Where did you get your flaxseed meal from if you don't mind me asking?

So we had our first barbecue of the year tonight. I love barbecues, as they're perfect for low carbers! We had halloumi, with a dressing of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and coriander, then a butterflied leg of lamb, which I'd marinated overnight, in olive oil, garlic, lime, cumin, chilli, paprika, coriander and chilli. And cauliflower couscous. And a 'side' order of sausages and chicken thighs - all cooked to be eaten during the week, rather than tonight, as it was a massive amount of food Grin

Oh, and I made an attempt at harissa (as I forgot that I didn't have any). Full fat yoghurt, chilli mayo, Sriracha chilli sauce, lime, black pepper and paprika.

Am stuffed. And have enough food for lunch every day this week!

Just 1tbsp, so about 4g on the whole 2 serving pizza I think hope Confused.

In my defence, I was very low on veg in the fridge, so had to make do with what was kicking around!

Thanks for the link to the flax BIWI, I wasn't sure what I needed to buy. Your BBQ sounds really lovely, the weather went really cold here this afternoon so no Outdoor eating for us. I've had a sneaky weigh and being the first week back I'd lost 6lb of water weight in 4 days. Today is day 6 and ive not lost any more but I suppose it took over a year to creep the stone back on so its not going to drop back off.
