Morning all

the Spreadsheet

I hope that the scale are kind to you this morning.

Looks like it's going to be a lovely week, weather-wise - always makes me look at the stuff in my wardrobe and wonder what will fit Grin

... but there are still two weeks to go, so a chance to drop a few more pounds as well.

Good luck for the week ahead Flowers

Summer well done, great result. Flowers
I have square of 90% or 85% chocolate, or frozen berries with cream if I need a sweet kick. Or, like Kleptronic, I have a bath and go to bed.
Like the idea of strawberries dipped in melted chocolate, might have to try that one.
Hesdead Glad we can't smell your cute dogs. Grin

I made fajitas for dinner last night. Everyone else had wraps and rice, whereas I made myself a plain omelette instead. With the chicken, homemade guacamole, sour cream, cheese and salad it was lovely.
I think I could have an omelette every day, just with different fillings.
Fathead pizza again tonight as I have promised the DC Domino's. I genuinely am not bothered about missing the takeaway as I am looking forward to my own pizza so much.

Love the picture of Eric! Grin

Glad I can't smell through the screen though!

Just tried the flax bread toasted with lashings of butter. Mmm. Smile

Dogblep · 08/04/2017 12:49

No bath here, just a shower, otherwise that is a great idea.
I've been out and bought myself some strawberries. Mixed through whipped double cream they're supposed to make a nice keto 'mousse'. Won't do it for a couple of days though. Having much less cravings today.

Kleptronic · 08/04/2017 15:55

In the spirit of cute puppa woofas, here's one o mine.

Ahhh,so cute.
Not to be beaten, here's mine, flat out after chasing squirrels at the park.

Hesdeadjim · 08/04/2017 17:20

I decided to paint the garden wall today... Eric got revenge for his bath yesterday by dipping his ears in the paint can and flopping himself about liberally.. covering me, himself, his brother and the kitchen in masonary paint Sad

At this stage I think it would be easier to completely dip him in paint and ask the kennel club to add 'ivy green' to the breed standard.. Hmm

In other news I've found a wedding dress that I love, finding that quite motivating :)

Oh, bloody hell Hesdead, how can we compete with those eyes? Grin
I'm pleased you found a wedding dress, very exciting.

I can smell my fat head pizza base in the oven and it smells delicious. DH isn't home util 7pm and I'm supposed to be waiting for him, but I may have to start without him.

Hesdeadjim · 08/04/2017 18:15

It's rather gorgeous but there's no way I can wear it at the moment, I need to be close
To goal to pull it off I think..

Omg omg omg OMG this was awesome:

Slow cooked lamb shank for 8 hours, then shredded it and mixed it through cauli rice with some olives, feta, cinnamon, fennel seeds, cumin and mint sauce and threw in some kale at the end.. I'm so happy right now Grin

Sorry, photo fail Blush

That dress is absolutely beautiful!

BIWI it's EXACTLY what I've been looking for and it's a really reasonable price too. I really really really want to order it but I can't until I know what size I'm going to be... so frustrating!!!

greengoose21 · 08/04/2017 22:15

Captain what sort of sauce do you use on your fathead pizza?

FinallyHere · 08/04/2017 22:22

Beautiful dress.

Wore a trouser suit today, the first time i have fitted into it for ages. Such a great feeling, thank you all for your support.

Veryflummoxed · 09/04/2017 07:26

Love the dress it's beautiful, dinner looks good too. Dogs are gorgeous but BIWI those cats, I love cats. Sadly we've agreed no more cats/dogs or assorted little furry things since our last dog died, all I'd be able to post a picture of is my son's collection of garden snails. Doesn't have quite the same appeal.

Hesdead gorgeous dress, and almost as lovely looking dinner. It's good to have something to aim for.
Green I use about 200mls pasta (12g carb) plus a couple of tablespoons of tomato puree to thicken it (5g), then add some pepper and oregano, sometimes garlic if I'm in the mood. So, the sauce is pretty carby at about 20g, but that's for 4 portions, so only 5g each. I don't know the total carb count, but the ground almonds work out at about 10g total and the rest of the ingredients aren't too carby, so probably 10-12g in total per portion. DH said it was so good I could sell it. I told him I didn't want to sell it - I want to eat it all. Grin
Finally well done, great feeling when you can fit into something that was too small a few weeks earlier.
Very I have a colleague who has a collection of African land snails. They are strangely compelling. Grin

My DDad was admitted to hospital yesterday, so I'm going to be in a car for about 5 hours today and then at his bed side for the rest of the time.
He's old and has a bad chest, but the info I have is that he isn't too bad, thankfully. It does mean I will struggle to drink enough water today, but I'll try. At least I have leftover pizza to take with me.

CaptainBraandPants · 09/04/2017 08:35

Sorry pasta should read passata but my laptop keeps autocorrecting it, it obviously doesn't know what it is!

FinallyHere · 09/04/2017 12:26

Hope things go as well as possible for you Captain

Dogblep · 09/04/2017 15:32

Eric is adorable. Love the idea of him joining in with the painting. That wedding dress is beautiful too.

I did do a double take at pasta in your tomato sauce Grin Sorry to hear about your dad.

I'm pretty pleased today. I bought a tight pair of size 14s a month ago when some other baggies 14s got too big. I could only just do them up. Today not only do i have a couple of inches of looseness at the waist but the legs are just starting to get a teeny bit baggy. My legs are disproportionately big and have caused me a lot of grief for years. I badly want to get down to a size 12 so they look more normal (horrible word, sorry). It now feels like i'm on my way there! I have already bought myself a pair of size 12 jeans in anticipation because i feel do confident i'm going to get there. I must be 1-1.5 stones off it. It feels like it would change my life to fit into them.

BIWI · 09/04/2017 15:33

That's great!
