Well done Dogblep, that's a great achievement.
I'm KOKO, it all feels nice and routine now, which is great.
There were lots of cake in work on Tuesday as a colleague is leaving. Plus, I was feeling tired as I'd been working half the night before. Usually, this would have meant a cake-fest. However, I looked at the cakes, gave myself permission to have a slice of cake later if I wanted to - and then never did. 
Had some nice dinners this week:
M: stuffed cabbage casserole with buttered asparagus
T: omelette filled with smoked salmon, prawns and cream cheese, with a green salad
W: creamy chicken casserole with green beans
Tonight: beef curry is in the slow cooker, will have with cauli rice.
Monday and Wednesday's dinners were both from the DietDoctor website, I really like his recipes.
I've just been having creamy coffee for breakfast, I don't feel hungry for food until lunchtime anyway.
Lunch today is an omelette I made last night, which I will have cold with tuna mayo, spring onion and lettuce filling.
My goal for this bootcamp was to last until the end as I have never managed it before
. I'm starting to think that I will manage it.
BIWI thinking ahead, when is the next BC likely to be? I'm still 1.5 - 2 stone from where I ultimately want to be, so obviously will be doing a few more BCs.
