Morning campers Flowers

Here's the spreadsheet, once again

Hopefully those of you who have seen things slow or stop over the last couple of weeks will see the scales starting to behave themselves a bit better now Smile

One thing to be careful of, perhaps to check, is that you aren't letting carbs creep back into your diet.

If you have been keeping a food diary, why not go back to your first week and compare what you were eating then with what you're eating now?

Or go back to the week 1 chat thread and check out people's menus.

It's very easy to let things slip a little, especially once you move on to Bootcamp Light.

Hope you all have a good week.

I did a bootcamp this morning for the first time. It was basically a circuits class and bloody hell, was it hard. Felt sick and woozy afterwards. It must have down me good, though. I hope.
Didn't make me feel hungry though.
Today has been creamy coffee x3 for breakfast, salad, olives, cheese for lunch and just one spoonful of peanut butter as a snack.
Roast beef with mashed cauli, sprouts sauted with lardons, broccoli will be ready soon, looking forward to it immensely. I like a good dollop of horseradish, too. It's 8g carb/ 100g, but I only have 10-15g, so reckon thats ok and makes me forget I'm not eating the roasties or yorkshires.
good luck with the weigh in tomorrow everyone. Flowers

GuyMartinsSideburns · 12/03/2017 17:56

Well I only went and ran my first half marathon today! (2hrs 26) I'm def off piste tonight so I'm expecting a gain tomorrow but I'll be back on it as soon as I wake up!

Legs aching but I'm happy Grin

CaptainBraandPants · 12/03/2017 19:08

Guy well done, impressive time. In fact, I'm impressed by anyone who can do a half, even in double the time you took.
I think you deserve a night off. Flowers

GuyMartinsSideburns · 12/03/2017 19:53

Thanks Captain. I don't think il weigh tomorrow tho, I always put on a pound or two after a long run nevermind after a carby dinner. Strict week for me!

BIWI · 12/03/2017 19:57

Wow! That's really impressive, Guy! Well done Flowers

Well done Guy, fantastic time too. I've signed up for a half in September and really need to get my training started - I need to factor in loads of time for illness, due to a nursery aged toddler who infects me regularly with gunky chesty coughs.

Well, I need to update quickly - it's been an odd week as I came down with a tummy bug on Sunday, and then was hit with the news of my job being made redundant on Tuesday. My appetite completely disappeared and I was struggling to eat anything (I guess that's better than bingeing, which would be my usual coping mechanism) so I've taken a break from bootcamp for a the past couple of days, just to get some nutrition in. My weight has dropped, but probably just because I've been running on empty for a few days. Now things seem to have got a bit better with my digestive system I'm ready to bootcamp again, (and ready to read back and catch up with how you've all been doing too)

StuntNun · 13/03/2017 06:51

1 lb on this week but I was a pound down earlier in the week and AF is on the way so it's likely just water retention.

Hesdeadjim · 13/03/2017 06:53

2.5lbs on this week Sad

I'm back up to 17st 5lbs and I'm completely gutted.

I knew I'd put on weight earlier in the week even though I'd been on track perfectly, and I felt really down about it. I then had a bit of a binge on nuts and syrup (I know) over the weekend and sabbotaged myself completely :(

I need to get back in it this week, I've now lost exactly a stone again so it's not all bad but I'm so desperate to be in the 16's!

Veryflummoxed · 13/03/2017 06:56

Well done "Guy* that's fantastic.

Hesdeadjim* Flowers you've done amazingly well. Climb back on.

GuyMartinsSideburns · 13/03/2017 07:03

Misty- you'll manage it I'm sure. I'm aching today and had a job to walk down the stairs Grin but my thighs look nicely defined lol

Not weighing today cos I'll be heavy, I'm also due on so that won't help either!

B- prob eggs
L- salad and something
D - haven't decided yet

Have a great day all

BursarsFrogs · 13/03/2017 07:38

Well done Guy ! :)

I've STS again. I've not had a loss since moving onto BClight, so I think I need to bite the bullet and go back to BC proper.

Periods are late. I have PCOS, so not unheard of, but annoying anyway. Plenty of cramps, and I've cried my eyes out reading some threads in the Classics, so I'm sure they're on their way...

ASDismynormality · 13/03/2017 08:04

I'm down just over 3lbs this week, really pleased. 31.75lbs since starting 7th Jan. Keeping off the dairy is making all the difference.

Was my daughters 13th birthday yesterday and I managed to resist the pizza and sweets we had in the house - also have a stinking cold which is killing my appetite!

Misty, sorry to hear about your redundancy Flowers

Hesdead, you can do it!

thenightsky · 13/03/2017 10:28

A whoosh of 3lb this week Smile

Veryflummoxed · 13/03/2017 11:20

Down a pound can you add me please
Veryflummoxed 188
Thanks.

Hi Keepon. Welcome back. Same applies to smoked haddock as other processed food I would imagine. Ok but not to often.

I always make sure we cook too much and so have leftover food ready to eat in the fridge. A slice of belly pork, chicken wing etc, leftover veg, salad bits, cheese and olives. Also hard boiled eggs or eggs are quick to cook.

It can be hard to get past the quick sandwich, packet of chips, peace of fruit type quick meal but once you're used the it fairly easy.
