I've searched through the low carb threads, but can't find a recipe. TIA.

It should be on the Bootcamp recipe thread. But if you can't find it there, go to the latest Bootcamp chat thread, click on the link to the spreadsheet, and on the tabs on the bottom, look for Ultra Bootcamp - there are three days' of menus there, including a recipe for coleslaw
