New year boot camp

I know you are just finishing pre Christmas but I am hoping for a boot camp in the new year. Jags you decided when the next one will be BIWI?

@Inkspot I think BIWI is going away in the new year and the next bootcamp is unlikely to start before Feb.

That's right! It's most likely to be before w/c 6 February - unless anyone wants to start one earlier?

Just jumping on to say 6 Feb is perfect start date for me. I want to put it my diary.

Hi all,

Have just polished off the last mince pie with some ice cream, and had the pick of the clementines as my last carby hurrah!

Bootcamp light starts tomorrow until the officia bootcamp starts in Feb.

It's my 40th in May and I want to be down to 11st 7lb by then. I reckon that is going to be a 14-20lb loss so hopefully achievable.

I'll be weighing in on Tuesdays and logging my food as much as poss!

Look forward to seeing what everyone else is doing to remain on the LC wagon!
