Is coconut milk ok on a LCHF diet?

It's generally okay, but as it varies from manufacturer to manufacturer it's best to check the label. As long as carbs are 5g or under per portion then you should be fine in moderation

Thanks. My can is 5.5g so just over but will use it and then look for better carb levels next time. Means I can make a nice chicken curry in the slow cooker!

It will be fine as a one off, I'm sure Smile still one million times better than a takeaway curry Wink

Are you adding one can to a curry? How many servings? I would add one can for 4 servings, so carb count of only about 1.5g each, which is absolutely fine and very yummy. Grin

Only used half a tin max, as was cooking in the slow cooker so less liquid needed. Does mean I struggle to get fat added to the meal when it's a slow cooker though, so I've just been bunging in a good dollop of butter as compensation.

Sounds lovely.
