I'm interested in trying low carbing, but I absolutely love love love veg, and I am not sure whether I eat too much to make the low carbing work.
Today I've had:
1/3 small head of cauliflower
1/3 of a leek
1/3 stick of celery
1/2 an aubergine
1/2 a courgette
1/4 green pepper
1/4 red pepper
4 cherry tomatoes
chunk of cucumber
some lettuce
What do you think, seasoned low carbers??
