Me too please! I need to lose 1.5 stone and would love to drop a stone by Christmas.

I have committed to an exercise programe and am in the 3rd week of Kayla Itsines workout program - ouch!

I have been - unsuccessfully - dieting since the age of about 13 and am determined to crack this MoFo once and for all.

Yes - a lot of low carbing will be about that Grin

It will blow your mind to know that you should be eating lots of fat, and you don't need to count calories, and that you can/should be eating salt!

Mind blowing? Mind blowing is spending three days reading the threads from the previous bootcamp- up to page 3 of thread 4- WOW!! The first thing I usually do when I wake is to check facebook...I haven't even BEEN on facebook since Sunday night because I've been so absorbed in the May thread. So excited- it is on like Donkey Kong! 😁😁😁
