Me too!

I was DoingIt on the last bootcamp thread, and I have managed to keep a slow but steady pace, despite a few big birthday celebrations and a trip of a lifetime to New York, and today I am exactly 42lbs / 3 stone down from my very first initial weigh-in last May. So delighted with my progress, although I could have done much better, if I had not had such a drastically off-piste September Blush

But onwards and downwards! I want to lose another stone for Christmas (hey Plum, how are you girl? Let's buddy up!)

I'm a bit jealous of some of these great losses since the last bootcamp. I lost just over a stone (I think) but have put at least half of that back on. Still, onward and downward. I'm going to start this Monday to get warmed up.

I did "no sugar September" and lost a stone. .have been loosely trying to do LCHF and would love to do this boot camp to keep me going till Christmas. . I can't post on spreadsheets on my iPad though (I don't think I can anyway?)

This will be my fourth BC (under various nn). I've been back on it, with a combination of BC and BC lite since last Sunday and lost 6lbs in the last 6 days. Grin
I had really shocking carb flu on day 2/3 this time, I think because of all the crap I was eating beforehand.
I love how I feel with this WOE, but struggle to stick to it. I am determined to do the full 8 weeks this time.

I think I need to calibrate my scales - they say I have lost 13lbs in 7 days! Are the scales lying or has anyone else managed that kind of a loss before?

Started bootcamp early as I have a lot to lose and would like to be back in some of my old clothes for upcomming christmas parties.

Can i join in please? Have low carbed before with limited willpower. Like the WOE but struggle through bad planning and letting myself get hungry therefore reaching for easiest option like bread!!! Need some support and tips and want to lost a stone by Christmas...
