Are onions ok? I know it's probably all on the spreadsheet but can't get that on my phone and comp not working so sorry...I had an omelette there with ham and about a quarter of an onion in it....

General advice is to steer clear and use shallots instead but I don't think quarter of an onion is going to be disastrous Mazz.

Onions are 7.9g carbs per 100g, whereas shallots are 3.3g carbs per 100g, so always try and go for them if you can.
