Hi all, I've been low carbing for a couple of weeks now after having baby no2 in January. Have about a stone and a half to shift. Pretty happy with how it's going so far and am finding the recipe threads a brilliant resource but I just have a few questions and I was wondering if anyone can help?
- The amount of fat I'm eating concerns me, particularly all the butter I'm cooking with. I have never eaten so much fat in my life! Is this healthy or will it be clogging up my arteries in the long term?
- I'm eating so many eggs. Is there a limit to the number you can healthily eat in a day/week before you need to worry?
