Morning BIWI, thanks for the new thread. I can't believe we are at week 10 already.
I didn't weigh this morning as I had a carbytwat day yesterday which started with a mince pie while putting up the decorations and went downhill from there. Loved every minute of it, mind 
I've enjoyed this BC and am at my lowest weight for ages, and finally in a healthy BMI. I've had a lot of personal stuff going on over the last few months which I'm certain would have seen me gain weight if I'd not had BC to focus on. Usually I binge on vast amounts of crisps, chocolate and other carbs when stressed, but now my comfort food of choice is M&S bacon strips spread with cheese and onion sandwich filler

Back on it today, although I am off to London for the weekend on Friday so might have to have an early weigh in as although I'm not planning on going mad, I won't be completely BC compliant while away.
My plan for Christmas is to stick with BC the majority of the time, then have a few planned days off, namely Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Eve. I'd like to come out of Christmas no more than 10st 7, then will be back on BC planning to lose a further stone before I turn 40 in the summer.
