Can anyone tell me why I am not losing weight?

I am now on week 4 of low carb. I had been loosely low carbing before with the odd binge I began Atkins induction almost 4 weeks ago and lost 3 lbs in the first week, nothing in the second and regained the 3lbs in the third! I've been logging everything on MFP so I know I've been eating 20g carbs a day apart from one day in week 3 I ate 30.
I'm in ketosis because the sticks change colour and I think I'm fat adapted as I feel great and manage lots of exercise with relative ease.
I don't understand how I can be putting on weight. I am already a healthy BMI but gained almost a stone over summer that I want to lose.
Please can anyone help?

It will be slow if you're already a healthy BMI. You may want to lose a stone but your body may not want you to Grin

Are you eating plenty of fat?
Are you drinking lots of water?
How much dairy are you eating?

If you list out what you've been eating over the last few days I'll see if I can spot anything obvious!

Thanks for your replies.
I'm eating lots of fat and drinking lots of water

A typical day would be
B: ham and cheese or omelette with broccoli and spinach

L: salad (lettuce spinach rocket 1/2 tomato and cucumber) with either egg mayo, tuna, olives and olive oil

D: meat (sometimes fried in coconut oil) with veg (sprouts, broccoli cauliflower) with butter and cheese
Drinks: over 2litres of water and 2-3 decaf coffee with coconut milk. Sometimes a couple of BPC instead.

I weigh out 50g of cheese a day and was using 50ml double cream a day until this week.

For some reason, weeks 3 and 4 can see weight loss stop or even reverse - which may be what's happening with you.

Why not try reverting to induction levels for a couple of days and see what happens?

I'd also say that you probably aren't drinking enough water if the ketostix are changing colour! You don't need them. If you drink the amount of water you should be, then you'll be 'washing out' the ketones, so the colour change will only be very faint.

I only came on to say what BIWI has already said! It's totally normal to stall and BIWI tells us off on BC for using ketostix because the ketones should be very diluted if you are getting enough water!
