I am now on week 4 of low carb. I had been loosely low carbing before with the odd binge I began Atkins induction almost 4 weeks ago and lost 3 lbs in the first week, nothing in the second and regained the 3lbs in the third! I've been logging everything on MFP so I know I've been eating 20g carbs a day apart from one day in week 3 I ate 30.
I'm in ketosis because the sticks change colour and I think I'm fat adapted as I feel great and manage lots of exercise with relative ease.
I don't understand how I can be putting on weight. I am already a healthy BMI but gained almost a stone over summer that I want to lose.
Please can anyone help?
