It depends if you're doing Bootcamp or Bootcamp Light really - it's not good for Bootcamp, but would be OK for Bootcamp Light.

How are you doing, by the way?

still going :) 19.2lbs down and start of week 12 for me. how could i make it BC friendly?

It's the sweeteners and orange juice that make it BCLight - to be honest, as you're in week 12, you probably should be doing Bootcamp Light anyway. NO need to be as restrictive with the carbs.

I'd say go for it - just make sure you keep the rest of the food you eat on that day low in carbs.

BIWI presumably the weight loss is slower on BC light? why is it recommended to move to BC light after a certain length of time?

Because really low carb isn't really that good for you over a long period of time (more and more stuff I've been reading about this), and also it can get very boring, making it harder to stick to

There's nothing wrong with eating low carb, even zero carb, permanently so long as you don't have any thyroid issues. Some people find that when they have followed a low carb woe for an extended period then they experience fatigue, low temperature, hair loss etc. And this is a sign of their diet restricting thyroid hormone production. If you feel good then keep eating low carb, if you're bored and having trouble sticking to it or you don't feel great then either slightly increase carbs (by following BCLight) or have an occasional carb refeed.

Every week or two weeks you have a carby meal preferably healthy carbs such as baked potato, white rice, sweet potato, grapes etc. rather than cakes, bread etc. It can boost your leptin and help weight loss in some people.
