I'm struggling to find breakfasts and lunches that are:
- vegetarian (including fish, gelatine, etc)
- filling
- take little prep (because I have them at work)
- taste fine cold, the day after they're made, or microwaved
- less than 15g carbs, ideally >10g
Dinners ideas are no problem, and I can have more carbs in the evenings anyway. I just find I'm falling back on carbs for breakfast and lunch because they are so easy and convenient.
Any ideas much appreciated
