Not to eat the flapjack I've just been presented with as a thank you from my dad for helping with his garden!!!! He doesn't know I'm on a low carb diet (he now does as I've explained it) but it looks so lovely and sugary that I can't help but think it would be lovely with a cup of tea.....

Please somebody talk me out of it!

It is so hard when these things happen , I'm thinking of making fat bombs for my moments of weakness

To be fair to him he's put it back in the kitchen but I know it's there and I want it! You're right it's so difficult!
