Just this, what the heck am I doing wrong? Joined BC at end of Oct 14 and until April lost a very respectable 35lbs. Since then I've bounced around the next 4lbs daily.
I have another 2 stone to loose, so not close to goal. I have one wine/gin a week (that reduction alone should get me consistently loosing weight)
I feel like I know the rules inside out and back to front and they worked perfectly before. Log stuff on map to have a rough guide to what I consume. No excercise particularly (I could change this bit)
It's been 6 months, I should be nearing my goal. Someone help me please, it needs to change.
