Please can someone look at this and tell me if I'm doing right?

So I started the commando 14 day diet Tuesday and cracked yesterday, eating chicken and peppers in a fajita mix. On reading posts in this topic I realised it was an extreme form of low carb and I've decided to continue low carbing. Today I have eaten:

B: scrambled egg cooked in butter

L: chicken cooked in full fat yoghurt and mild curry powder spice

D: mushrooms cooked in butter and garlic, piece of belly pork

Extras: black coffee &water

Is this right?

Looks good to me although I don't like or have coffee or dairy, but that's just me as don't like it nor tea. Well done.

Where is your veg/salad? You do need some carbs, and the nutrition that comes from veg/salad.

Your menu above is just as extreme in terms of being low carb!
