So I started the commando 14 day diet Tuesday and cracked yesterday, eating chicken and peppers in a fajita mix. On reading posts in this topic I realised it was an extreme form of low carb and I've decided to continue low carbing. Today I have eaten:
B: scrambled egg cooked in butter
L: chicken cooked in full fat yoghurt and mild curry powder spice
D: mushrooms cooked in butter and garlic, piece of belly pork
Extras: black coffee &water
Is this right?
