Is this ok for Low Carb?

Am not doing Bootcamp but I am going to join the next one and have been doing pretty well low carbing. I've lost 6 pounds in just under 3 weeks so I am delighted (and I never feel hungry anymore and some long standing digestive issues have settled down, so I am more than happy)

But I made bolognaise tonight. Ive had it with no pasta, just some cheese on top, but is it ok on Low Carb?

Ingredients were onions, fresh basil, garlic, mince, mushrooms, tom puree, tinned toms, glug of red wine

I'm a bit worried the tomatoes will mean it's not very low carb. I've not eaten loads, but if it is ok. I will probably have the rest for lunch tomorrow

Can anyone advise? Thank you

Oh - and for lunch I bought a goats cheese quiche from a local deli (was buying DH some bits and crumbled as they as so nice). I scooped out the filling and just ate that - not any of the pastry. Is that ok? I am thinking it was pretty much just scrambled eggs and cheese?

Normally I have been eating a lot better than this Blush
