I'm a newbie at this - tried Atkins induction many, many years ago, lost 10lbs so all good, but fell off the wagon straight away.
I'm a carb addict. Bagels are my thing and bread of course. My frame is quite broad (think swimmers back and shoulders) so I can carry a fair amount of weight before people notice. I'm 5"3 and weigh nearly 12 stone
. I need to shift this to feel healthy and mobile again.
Looking for help and encouragement so I've entered my weight but cannot find the link again. BISI said on my other thread about the support thread, but do I just hop in? I'm not on any spread sheet and not sure how to proceed.
