Also have had vomiting thing this week and although in practice week 2, I'm on week 3...most rich foods making me feel queasy still !

I will stick with it but struggling with food choices given my tender tummy

Week 3 is notorious for lack of weight loss - as is week 4 and sometimes even week 5!

If it's your period then you're even more likely to see this happening.

If you're in week 3, though, you shouldn't be experiencing carb flu, which would suggest you have some kind of bug - or food poisoning.

If rich foods are making you feel queasy, then cut them right back. Eat simple things, like scrambled eggs.

Thanks BiWi - I think I read that somewhere about the notorious no loss in these weeks so i'll hang in there ! .....def a bug because DS has now had it......
