I am a looking for a mediterranean style ketogenic menu plan. It is probably obvious, but i wanted one whereby I would lose weight, but mostly, I am looking to research into whether a ketogenic diet can help with depression and pmt (I tried the high carb approach but had non stop hunger, I also tried semi fasting, which also worked but when my mood has been very low this has been hard to sustain) and it be sustainable. I am thinking more avocado, oily fish... type of diet (I also have eczema and high cholesterol so hoping it may help other things too). I really want to not gain weight too - I tried a high fat diet some years ago and gained weight, although think my mood may have been more sustainable, at that point in time my ldl cholesterol was high too. I want to improve my mood desperately but without sacrificing my heart!
