What kind of ratio of protein, fat and carbs should I be aiming for?

And in what order?

Should it be Fat, Protein then carbs or Protein, Fat and then carbs?

It isn't healthy to eat too much protein, around 20% is ideal unless you're doing weight training or similar and need to build muscle. I recommend 5-10% carbs, 20% protein and 70-75% fat. If you're following the Bootcamp rules you should be around that anyway. The amount of carbs people can tolerate varies from person to person and depending on how much weight you have to lose. The fat needs to be very high for satiety.
