I've got two packs of cream cheese in my fridge, one is Aldis version of full fat Philly, it's got 26g of fat and 2.6g carbohydrate per 100g, the other is Longley farm and it's got 29.5g fat and 4.0g carbohydrate per 100g. Are these both ok or are they too high carb?
Also is aldi full fat Greek style yoghurt (4.4g per 100g) too high carb?
Is there a simple rule, like you should avoid foods with carbs of more than x grams per 100g when following this way of eating?
Just starting to plan what I'm going to eat next week and getting quite excited looking at recipes online!
